Message: The wait time for any support/information is awful. I waited more than 30 minutes, more than once, to resolve issues about the price. I spoke with 4 different persons *ALL* of which gave me different prices. Upon trying to use the mobile app for returning the truck & trailer after normal business hours, the system reported that it could not find my reservation. I called for support and waited 20 minutes on the line to speak to someone to resolve that issue. My call never went through and I finally hung up. On the positive side, the truck was clean and properly maintained.

Message: People were nice. They explained everything. It would also be better to know all the rules before hand instead of asking them at the counter. You can pick up the loading trucks from here. And you can return it in the night also even though the office is closed.. Make sure you return the car ontime. Otherwise 50$ would be charged for every 15 mins late return.
